Every private body must compile a manual describing records held, how to request access, and the contact details of the Information Officer. Failure to compile this manual is an offence. The manual must be published on your website and submitted to the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC).

2. Submit to the Information Officer at the contact details above
3. Pay prescribed request fee: R50.00
4. Response within 30 days (extendable by 30 days)
5. Appeals: refer to High Court or SAHRC
